Right! i dont know why i pst these No1 reads them but hey ho they make me feel better.
Was doing a fast, that went drastically bad! so i am giving in for the moment,
and sticking on a 500 cals diet
This morning i have had a massive cup of green tea, with porridge and water 180 cals,
but i say 180s cals thats for 50g i always put in -10 grams of everything i do but ad them like its the full total if that makes any sence lol oh no it doesnt but basically i say i have had more cals then i have tricking my mind i spose dont know if anyone else does this but it had just because a habbit.
For my lunch im going to have 2 Rice cake 50 cals
And a carrot grated of course :D
And dinner well i might just have some soup :D might make some i really need some soup ideas though :(
oh and throughout the day ill be drinking billions of cups of green tea and water :D also i smoke so that fills me up :D
